About Elin Bierly
My special interest is Spiritually Oriented Psychotherapy. I work with people of any religious background or none. My approach is eclectic with a basis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe that the trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of all true transformative work. Special interests are mood disorders, codependency, trauma, ADHD, women's and family issues of all kinds. I am a certified school psychologist and am familiar with issues related to cyber bullying,adolescent girls, school adjustment, success and failure. I believe that we can learn to enjoy our lives in the present moment, no matter what is not right or needs to be changed.
