About Elizabeth Genco

Asking for help takes a tremendous amount of courage. I work to provide a warm environment to put clients at ease. While some people struggle with long-standing challenges, othes are overwhelmed with current stressors and need to get back on track.

With over 20 years experience I work with individiuals, couples, adolescents, and families with a variety of problems. These include grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, stress mamangement, emotional regulation, and marital and family conflict. Treatemnt is tailor-made to help clients find solutions that meet their individual needs using a strength-based model. In doing so I work holistically to help clients find balance between mind, body, and soul and draw from a number of treatment approaches. I am committed to providing a safe, accepting, and confidential setting.
