 At Massachusetts MENTOR, we provide caregivers with the support they need to care for a loved one at home.  

How to qualify:

• The person you care for must be 16 years or older
• Have Mass Health insurance (Standard or Commonwealth Care)
• Have a disability that you are assisting them with
• Lives in the home with their caregiver
