About Alisa Kamis-Brinda

Alisa Kamis-Brinda, the owner of Serenity Solutions, LLC, is a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in helping motivated adults find peace and balance in their stressful, busy lives. Her success is the result of her calming nature, empathy and insight, and the practical tools that she offers her clients. She is passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, anger and addictions to reach their goals and enjoy life. She provides Individual and Couples counseling, Anger Management groups and Interventions for families with a loved one with an addiction.  

She earned her Masters degree in Social Work from Widener University and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). She has over 15 years of experience working in social services as an outpatient therapist, case manager, crisis intervention worker, and director of clinical services. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the Pennsylvania Society of Clinical Social Work (where she serves on the private practice committee) and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science.
