I have worked in the field of psychology for over 30 years. In 1996 I completed the teacher training program at the Mindfulness Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester and have been practicing mindfulness in both my personal and professional life since that time. I use ACT and MBCT as guidelines in my work with clients to help increase psychology flexibility in facing the day to day challenges of life. We address handling painful thoughts and emotions with more effectiveness and resiliency so we can break destructive behavior patterns and let go of self defeating beliefs that limit our life. Our goal is to cultivate purpose, vitality and well being in the service of developing a rich and meaningful life.
Please note that I am offering Telemedicine services as an option in response to the current COVID-19 situation.
