Tom Wolf, MSW, LCSW is a Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual, couples and family therapy and maintains a private practice in Oakbrook, IL.

With over 25 years’ experience as a Clinical Social Worker I currently am a private practitioner working with a broad range of clients. I have more than 20 years’ experience working with clients with chronic and debilitating illnesses and disabilities. Among his areas of expertise are work with family members affected by alcohol and substance abuse and those who have suffered the loss of a family member.
