Unfortunately in life - loss manifests itself in many ways .  One can

experience a death of  loved one, be adjusting to a life threatening illness,

lose a job, a relationship, children leaving home, etc.  Even when a

transition is a welcome and anticipated one - mixed feelings can occur.

Sometimes people feel confused or immobilzed by their conflicted feelings.

I have almsot 30 years helping people with anger, depression and "just

feeling stuck".  Having someone objective to help you through the tough

times can make them go smoother.  Understanding, accepting and no longer

constricted by emotions can bring about a great sense of relief.
