Hello! My name is Danielle Price and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in providing psychotherapy to adults from a depth perspective. Oh I provide tele-health therapy and enjoy working with individuals who are at a transition point in their lives, seeking a greater understanding of themselves, and striving to find more connection and purpose in their lives. Depth therapy is individualized to the client and focuses on uncovering the underlying origins of issues in your life and providing you with a better understanding of your authentic Self. Key elements of the process include developing a strong therapeutic alliance, increasing your awareness of your unconscious, facing and experiencing emotions, removing, with therapeutic support, maladaptive coping skills and addictive behaviors in your life that are no longer serving you, and exploring formative life experiences, relationship patterns, and experiences of synchronicity. The ultimate goal of depth therapy is to become a more conscious, whole, and authentic version of yourself, someone who is better equipped to live a life that is balanced, rooted in your own values, and enriching to your soul.
