About Parminder Thind
Are you looking for someone to lean on and share without judgment? I believe, we all want to be heard and not feel self-conscious. My approach to therapy is listening with an open heart and practice a non-judgmental approach. We will work together, speak about your challenges and come up with the right resources and tools so that you are in charge of your own healing with support. In my presence there will be no pressure into going to places where you do not want to go.
My intention is supporting the healing of body, mind and spirit. Our time together will help us guide you through practices such as imagery, reflective listening, meditations, and processes in my professional presence.
On my downtime I enjoy cooking, yoga, Reiki healing, exercise, learning and company of family and friends. Also English is my first language and I can communicate in Punjabi.
