About Martha Napolitana

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) providing telehealth services in Pennsylvania. My philosophy of therapy is client-centered and relational. I meet the child or teen on their level, focusing on their strengths. I use their strengths and interests as a springboard to teaching them skills and coping strategies to conquer their struggles. I use an eclectic and integrative approach which focuses on the client and the client’s individual needs. I employ strategies and interventions from different therapeutic models and philosophies to ensure that my approach is focused on the needs and struggles of each individual client. Some of the approaches I draw from are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), emotion-focused therapy, solution focused therapy, play therapy, and many others. I am committed to empowering my clients and their parents and helping them to achieve their goals.
