About Shelley Hanna
Working with adults, families and children in stressful circumstance has shaped my practice to support clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, separation and divorce, addictions, self esteem and more. My own journey has led me to work in rural clinics, provincial mental health care programs and into private practice. I use mindfulness practices to guide you to your best self and all approaches that fit for your journey. I love online counselling, there is so much flexibility and access for clients that really allows for your lifestyle and goals that you want to set.
