I specialize in bringing trauma interventions to reduce symptoms associated with Narcissistic Abuse, Spiritual Abuse and other traumas. If you are feeling caught in a toxic relational cycle, I assist by helping you regain a sense of empowerment and control over your life. My therapeutic orientation is grounded in Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Existential Theories and I utilize Mindfulness interventions to assist the brain reorganize the traumatic memories and discharge the negative emotions attached. I am not a disciple of one psychological model but utilize techniques that are drawn from various modalities dependent upon the need. Just like you are unique, I find no therapeutic concept is a one size fits all. My primary goal is to utilize my skills coupled with my intuition and our therapeutic relationship to help you gain insight and increase emotional freedom. I am one of the founding members of the Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Alliance (@naaa.international) and work with this grassroots organization to combat the collective acceptance of manipulation tactics as a means to maintain power and control both individually and systemically.
