Lately it feels like the only certainty is uncertainty. Everywhere you look people are stressed and sometimes it feels hard to breathe. There's a lot of temptation to pull ourselves up by our bootstraps and keep pressing on like everything is okay. But the truth is everything is not okay. The fact that you have problems and struggles doesn't make you weak...it makes you Human. Considering where you are right now you have some choices. You can choose to keep going as you as are and hope things get better with time. I must confess there are some wounds that heal with time. Or you can go for the life you dream about but do not dare to live. I chose the name Monday Courage because it takes courage to approach the start of a week with authenticity and purpose. The easiest path is the status quo but the most rewarding path lies in fighting for a better life. Reach out and we'll face that fight together.
