"As a Licensed Professional Counselor and clinician, my mantra is continuous process improvement. This is why I strive to provide my clients with the very best quality care. Being competent in the ability to pull from a wide range of hats, I treat individuals suffering from psychiatric illnesses such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, addictions or obsessions, phobias, anxiety, physical or psychosomatic disorders and behavioral issues. Experiencing life can affect our bio-psycho-social-spiritual ability to process and affect our natural ability to recover from distressing events. I utilize a plethora of diversified out of the box techniques to enable my clients to freely address their inner conflicts within a safe space. I include a wide-ranging variety within psychotherapy to address communicative rapport and dialogue that facilitates self-exploration, getting to roots of causes behind behaviors and emotions so that together, we work towards healing, so together, we are able to not put a band aid on something we can work through. Together, we Get Up, Be Raised Up, and Grow in healing and restoration."
