About Courtney Miller
I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. My ideal client is focused upon personal growth and healing. Feeling disconnected leads to all sorts of problems (depression, anxiety, addiction, unhealthy eating, low self-esteem, etc.). My goal is connected living - helping you reconnect with yourself, your goals, and your relationships. As reconnection happens, new possibilities take shape. Although changing your life can be very challenging at times, your potential for growth and change really is infinite. Self-compassion, courage, and choice are concepts I work with to exponentially increase quality of living. Since relationships are a huge part of life, I work with setting healthy boundaries so they can be a positive contribution.
For several years I have worked with clients who have felt what you may be feeling right now, and I have helped them find unique solutions that work. I have experience working with a number of areas including: self-esteem, emotional issues, grief, communication, relationship issues, anger, depression, anxiety, codependency, and more.
You deserve to live a life that leaves you excited to wake up every morning. You have the power to change your life, and I truly believe you are deserving of that gift. No matter what you have been through, or are currently going through, there is always an answer. Changing your life can be hard, but you really can have a life of abundance, peace, love, and joy. Call me, I can help you find it.
