About Nate Page

I specialize in providing online therapy for Minnesota College Students. My ideal client is someone that can sense that healing and transformation will occur as we fully connect with their emotional experience (yes, even those unpleasant and painful emotions). If your life has been dictated by things like shame, perfectionism, anxiety or depression and you are now ready to lean into the discomfort of vulnerability and reconnect with love, belonging, trust, joy and creativity. We also might be a good fit if you can sense that connecting with others through this process would bring healing. I also specializes in group therapy and providing group therapy training to mental health professionals. I have witnessed the damaging impact of burnout, compassion fatigue, and moral injury among far too many mental health providers and I have committed a significant portion of my professional career to helping "heal the healers" that are struggling these concerns. I am the owner of Group Therapy Central LLC (grouptherapycentral.com), direct the Phoenix Project at Carleton College (https://www.facebook.com/carletonphoenixproject/), and lead recovery retreat programs for therapists suffering from burnout and compassion fatigue.
