I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with 20 years in the mental health industry providing psychotherapy to individual adults, young adults, and couples who are experiencing barriers to personal, relational, and professional growth and fulfillment. My goal is to help others live a happier and more meaningful life. I am relational and use a warm, strengths-based & challenging approach. Although I provide general counseling, the areas I am passionate about are: Anxiety Disorders, Panic Attacks, Stress, Work & Life Imbalance; Relationship Issues, Dating Struggles, Emotionally Disengaged Couples, Come Here/Go Away Pattern in Relationships, Betrayal, Infidelity and Affairs, Presence of Addiction(s), & Varying Degrees of Developmental Trauma, Invalidating or Less than Ideal Upbringing, and Unresolved Family-of-Origin Issues. I have endured numerous personal hardships in life.This allows me to understand firsthand how issues can wreak havoc on one's life and how therapy can help. My professional training and work bring great value to my approach and therapy.
