About Kellisha Gray
Are you having issues with sadness, difficulty with concentration, helplessness, hopelessness, nervousness, or not enjoying activities that you usually enjoy? Sometimes we can attribute these feelings to recent events that took place in your life such as a breakup, job loss, moving to a new location, a recent medical diagnosis, etc. In some cases, the symptoms that you are experiencing might be the result of ongoing issues, such as conflicts with family members, relationship issues, employment issues, grief/loss, chronic medical issues, or past traumatic experiences.
There are issues in life that you do not have control over. This thought alone is enough to make some people feel anxious, frustrated, and depressed. Though you cannot control life’s events, you do have the power to control your thoughts and reactions to the events.
As your therapist, I will assist you with dealing with life’s challenges, by addressing your thoughts, feelings, and reactions to the issues that are affecting you. I will be assisting you with addressing the issues that you can change, and accepting the issues that you cannot change.
