I am committed to creating a safe, comfortable space to explore your challenges and access self-compassion around your unique experiences. My role is to honor the parts of you that seek support as we build towards integration and overall wellness. I am experienced in addressing anxiety, depression, and general stress. My work is informed by attachment theory (how we connect to others and ourselves) and mindfulness (awareness and acceptance). I use a variety of different therapeutic approaches based on the individual and their needs. I understand reaching out is difficult, just know that I am here when you are ready and we can discuss your needs and how I am able to support.
