I have been in the field of counseling and human services for 7 years. Primarily I have been working with adults who are dealing Anxiety and Depression and a variety of issues. My masters degree is in Community Mental Health with a concentration/certificate in Substance Use Disorder Counseling. I have experience in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma and Domestic Violence. I have experience in LGBTQ and experience in working with the Intellectually Disabled population as well. My areas of interest when I am not at work are volunteering for Adaptive Sports Supporting people with Autism and helping people overcome challenges related to disabilities. Currently I am unable to take clients from Rockingham County NH do to a conflict of interest with another commitment.
