Change is possible when you are willing to make a commitment to the process… I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. My years of experience comes from a variety of settings: outpatient, inpatient, and community based. I have a holistic approach which has been most effective because not everyone is the same and people require a unique individual approach. I utilize the following therapeutic approaches: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Strength based therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness. Everyone experiences various obstacles in life which includes trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, anger, and addiction. I am here to listen and be part of your support system. Together we can identify triggers and develop skills to manage unwanted thoughts and behaviors.
