I am a clinical social worker licensed in New York. I have over 15 years of experience providing counseling and therapy to adults, parents, teenagers and families with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, family conflict, parenting problems, and relationship issues. I have a wellness-oriented, strengths-based approach to working with people. I believe that we all have problems in living and can benefit from the support of an empathic therapist who listens attentively and can provide insight as well as practical suggestions for coping and moving forward.
