Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eleven years of experience working with children, adults, and families in Louisiana. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, parenting problems, career challenges, trauma, life stressors, and ADHD. I am committed to the person-centered approach by providing the client a safe space to explore and decide the most favorable direction for their life that promotes healing, growth, success, and most importantly, happiness. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental atmosphere for client's to reflect on how their thoughts, feelings, and actions impact their current wellbeing. I believe in dignity and worth of every human being, positive self-regard, and self-determination. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused therapy.
