As a graduate of Oklahoma City University with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience. I enjoy working with people of all ages and I have experience in many areas including Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Abuse, PTSD, Family Conflict, Low Self-Esteem, Grief and Loss, Parenting, Ineffective Boundaries, Anger Management, and Stress Management.
