About Otis Mann

I have worked with populations that have substance problems and who have been incarcerated, on probation, or parole. Very familiar with the military and aerospace industries. Although, I am extremely familiar with Christianity, secular counseling is important. Solution Focused Brief Therapy is my main interest because I feel the client knows him or herself better than any counselor. In this light, I become a helper rather than a therapist. I have used Written Exposure Therapy for Complex PTSD.
