I am a Clinical Social Worker Specialist with more than 30 years of diverse experiences in the field of Mental Health. My experience includes working with individuals and couples . My years in the field, as well as personal life history enables me to provide a well rounded and seasoned approach to my clients. My competencies include helping people through life transitions, relationships, divorce, trauma and loss . I have also worked extensively with Depression, Anxiety , and Bi Polar Disorders. I am available to provide Talk Therapy using several approaches ,including interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, and psychotherapeutic. My goal is to help my clients work through past and present issues interfering with the ability to live well and enjoy personal growth and happiness.
