I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, bipolar, anxiety, anger issues, relationship issues and loss. Experienced with parenting problems and defiant teens such as: ODD, Conduct Disorder, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have chronic mental health conditions and have worked with adults involved with Child Protective Services and highly familiar with their needs. I have conducted home studies for temporary placement of children and adoptions. My counseling style is professional and respectful. My goal is for clients to achieve their goals in therapy with my positive support and guidance. As a client you can share only the information that you feel comfortable discussing. As a therapist I will only address issues that the client wants to work on. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, humanistic, and multi-systemic therapies. I am also highly knowledgeable with regulations that protect the privacy and confidentiality of your information. I am familiar with the use of telehealth services. I look forward to hearing from you!
