I am fully licensed in the state of Georgia and am working towards full licensure in the state of Tennessee. I have over 5 years of experience working with clients to help them cope with the stressors of pregnancy ad motherhood, anxiety, trauma, & even those with histories of abuse. I also have experience working with high achieving teenagers and young adults struggling with anxiety. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared and met with compassion and validation. It takes courage to change how you do life.
