I'm an Indiana licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adults, including a decade offering telehealth. My approach is straightforward and collaborative, centered on empowering you to improve your mental and emotional well-being. Together, we'll address difficulties like anxiety (persistent worry), depression (sadness), stress (overwhelm), life transitions, career issues, low motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I tailor my techniques to your unique needs, frequently utilizing evidence-based approaches such as CBT and mindfulness to support your growth. I also believe that much of growth/healing occurs outside of the session. Therefore, I use tools from betterhelp and apps that will allow you to engage in therapeutic activities daily.
