I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, bipolar disorder, concentration, & memory. I also have experience working with focus. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am not here to judge anyone, but to be inclusive & understanding in order to help with topics that are hard to tackle on our own.
