Hello and I am excited to get to know you and support you on your journey. I have a Masters in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with 22 years of professional work. I have extensive experience both in patient and out patient setting with those that have extreme life challenges and have given up on feeling better or feeling heard. Everyone deserves respect and I invite and value diversity. I want to hear your story and support you on your path. I have experience in supporting clients with stress, transitions, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, transitions, as well as addiction and other mental health challenges. I believe everyone with support and knowledge can follow their path and achieve their goals. Change is a process and I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I strongly believe in Stages of Change and believe people need support and information to make choices and to progress on their path. In each session we will discuss current happenings and a new skill or information to support you on your path. I hope to hear from you soon.
