I understand this and I am more than willing to help. I am passionate about mental health and the power that lies within the therapeutic relationship. I believe that every client possesses all of the answers and solutions within but sometimes you need help navigating to those answers. I create a genuine and safe environment for you to be your authentic self and foster the change you desire and deserve through Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution- Focused therapy approaches.
