Hi! And welcome! I am a licensed mental health counselor in Rhode Island with 14 years of professional work experience. I have extensive experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, motivation, improving self-esteem and building confidence I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
