Hello! I am glad you found your way here. My name is Lynn Bassett. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Psychotherapist. I have extensive training and experience in treating depression, anxiety, trauma and grief. I specialize in treating individuals with life stressors/transitions, loss/traumatic events and relationship issues. I start where you are. We all have a different story with our own unique world-view. I begin with us identifying your strengths and your desire for change. Together, we will decide if this is a good therapeutic fit. If so, we will establish our plan to partner in helping you find peace and balance in your life. I view our therapeutic relationship as the foundation of a positive outcome for you.
