My favorite borrowed saying is, “Be gentle with yourself. You’re doing the best you can.” Just as I strive to live by my truth, I help families, couples and individuals sort through life’s complex knots, create space for new thoughts, maximize what is working and release what isn’t. I believe that therapy is a place where you can help untangle yourself from negative patterns that are keeping you from realizing your goals. I offer a warm, honest and collaborative space to explore issues that are troubling you and for you to find the flexibility and resilience for stronger connections to others and the pursuit of your own goals. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence and other emotional concerns. My work is to support you in your journey and create spaces where you can feel heard, respected, validated and encouraged.
