I have worked successfully with people ages pre-teen to mature adults and especially enjoy working with emerging adults. For many people, asking for help can be difficult, yet it is a brave first step in finding relief. I want you to know that feeling better is within reach. For the past ten years, I have helped people who struggle with mood issues (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder), trauma, grief/loss, stress, and life changes. My approach includes using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Buddhist Psychology. My deeply held belief in the basic goodness of all people fuels my enthusiasm and commitment to the field of social work and psychotherapy.
