I am licensed in New Jersey with 27 years of professional work experience. I have experience in working and empowering clients manage stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, addictions, supportive counseling and anger symptoms in an array of settings. Some approaches I employ to assist you to meet your goals include Client Centered, Positive Psychology, EFT, ACT and Mindfulness. Our approach(sSome of these settings include outpatient and inpatient mental health, Juvenile Justice, US Army and Veteran mental health, Public School and College.
