About Natali Frisby

Hello, my name is Natali Frisby. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. I have been providing individual and family therapy services to adults and children for the past 3 years. I have also worked with families for the past 10 years to assist them in transforming their families to collaborate and thrive with each other. I work with individual and families to cope concerning anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep disturbance, parenting concerns, stress management, relationship conflicts, communication difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, feeling overwhelmed, and feelings of low self-worth. I have extensive experience working with children in foster care and adoption thought the foster care system. I would describe my therapeutic approach as individualized and empathic, while empowering my client to become the best version of themselves. I believe in treating every individual with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I meet my clients where they are and firmly believe they are the experts of their lives. We will work collaboratively to discover what strategies and solutions work best for you. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral, Client Centered, and Solution Focused techniques. I do enjoy using art as a coping mechanism with my clients. However, I will collaborate with you to customize our treatment to best fit your individualized needs. Together we can figure out any unhelpful and challenging thought patterns that contribute to negative feelings. We can work on improving communication skills, processing difficult experiences, and improving feelings of self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence.
