Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 7 years of experience in the counseling field. Three of the years I have been in private practice. My specialty is anxiety and depression stemming from trauma. A large part of my practice is dedicated to mother issues. Whether it is an abandonment, lack of, or having been raised by a bipolar/borderline or narcissistic mother you have come to the right therapist. I believe that each client is unique and their story is important and valued. I use a strength based approach and weave in tools/modalities of therapy to help each client on their journey. I am very down to earth and truly love research. I am always learning and growing for my clients.
