Greetings ~ My Name is Ronald Seletsky (He|Him|His). I have been working in the fields of Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse and Human Services for over 37 years in a variety of professional roles including 1:1 counseling and group therapy for individuals across the Life-span as a job coach and mentor and those who have been challenged with job/career related concerns, anxiety, depression, sexual orientation, and those who have been involved with Foster Care, Guardianship and Adoption related systems. Though my primary spoken language is English, I have worked with non-native English-speaking clients in particular those who are from Mandarin and Spanish speaking backgrounds. My approach is person-centered, humanistic and mindfulness based with results and solution focused outcomes through a motivational interviewing process. My Bachelors degree is in Organizational Psychology from Suffolk University (Massachusetts) along with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health from Cambridge College (Massachusetts).
