I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist - Supervisor, specializing in therapy for moms and growing families. I help moms be the best moms they can be by supporting them through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. My 23 years of experience working with children gives me a unique perspective into parenting issues, and how to help moms and parents with children 0-10 years of age. Moms often are holding down jobs, the household, parenting, and more, and rarely have time for themselves. I focus on wellness for moms including how to create time for self care, family relationships, balance all that life demands and how to nourish their body, mind and spirit. In addition, I specialize in working with moms who are struggling with depression and anxiety, have experienced birth trauma, difficult births, high risk pregnancies and NICU stays. I provide parenting support for parents who are struggling with their young children and give them tools tailored to their unique child. This also includes parents who have adopted children internationally or are in the process, and are struggling with the unique challenges that this brings.
