About Elizabeth Williams

I am an integrative Psychotherapist, utilizing a variety of orientations and therapies, according to the client’s individual needs. Most favored approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy to challenge negative thoughts and behaviors and solution focused therapy to focus on strengths that elicit change. I have acquired a Masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy and enjoy working to strengthen famiIy and interpersonal relationships. I am known for my warm, relaxed and comforting approach to therapy which involves, genuine caring, acceptance and non-judgement. Couples - I focus on rebuilding connection and communication. Two areas I highlight are understanding how and why your partner shows up in the relationship the way they do, and utilizing mindfulness and vulnerability to increase empathic, genuine and authentic communication. Individuals - I focus on depression/anxiety, codependency, self-esteem and effects of narcissistic abuse. I enjoy helping individuals identify why they are stuck and ways to find their own voice to become unstuck and create the life they want. To schedule visit: https://elizabethwilliams.clientsecure.me
