I support individuals, couples, & teens experiencing anxiety, complex trauma, relationship/family issues, & life transitions. My approach is relational, collaborative, and depth-oriented. Together, we'll explore your relationships, life experiences, and unconscious patterns, with the understanding that each of us contains the wisdom and ability to heal.
