About Glen Bradley

Stop scrolling if you're looking for a therapist who is queer, specializes in trauma and LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, and wants you to talk about your mind-body connection. Ok, now breathe. Sigh. Come as you are. Being queer is a gift to the world. We are sparks of authenticity, joy, and zest! No two of us are alike. And yet, our community shares many themes: identity-based trauma, religious trauma, "missing out" on our childhood, "getting stuck" on pleasing others, limiting ourselves, delaying relationships, balancing other sources of identity, and–even if you've come out–feeling like something is still left unresolved. I help my clients explore what they suppress, avoid, and reject so they can build trust in themself and shift from survival to thrival. We don't need to relive trauma to learn from it and grow. I focus on helping my clients connect deeply with the present moment, their embodied sense of knowing, and resolve distractions and unfinished business from the past. If my approach sounds like a good match, please reach out. I know I wrote this profile for people looking to explore queer experiences... but these themes may resonate with other communities as well. I've had clients from a diversity of backgrounds and reasons for therapy. If you feel like something spoke to you, please reach out!
