About Rachel Ginsberg
I help women in their 20s and 30s navigate life transitions related to grief and loss, relationships, family, and work.
Do you feel overwhelmed and unprepared for the challenges life is throwing at you? Do you need to make big decisions or adjust to unfair life changes and don’t know where to start?
Self-doubt and second-guessing driven by anxiety or low self-esteem can keep you feeling stuck, but you’re not alone. If you’re struggling to navigate big changes or get out a rut, I’m here to support you.
I’m passionate about helping people face transitions related to grief and loss, relationships, family, and work. You don’t have to keep feeling lost and alone–together, we’ll build your confidence so you can feel empowered and get your life on track.
I’m easy to talk to and I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to express yourself and also have some laughs. I’ll help you gain a new understanding of yourself and learn powerful coping strategies for facing all of life’s twists and turns.
If you want help with big life changes, I’m ready to walk alongside you every step of the way, especially if this is your first time getting therapy. I offer in person, virtual, and phone sessions across Ontario and I’m conveniently available evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
