COUPLES THERAPY

A passion of mine is to help couples with effective communication and help them understand why they get stuck in the same fights. I am trained and certified through Prepare Enrich, a personalized assessment that helps couples increase relationship satisfaction and confidence.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I also provide individual counseling to adults and teens. I work with clients using talk therapy and keep them engaged through interactive methods like art, sand, and various relaxation techniques. My therapeutic approach is a combination of person-centered, strength-based, and creative evidence-based interventions to meet clients where they are and assist them in meeting their goals. My main approaches: I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents and children from all different cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. My past experience includes working in a therapeutic boarding school, a community mental health agency, and an online platform, Crisis Text Line.
