Clients come to therapy with pain, uncertainty, and big questions. I take a relational, existential, liberationist, and somatic approach to co-creating a relationship that can hold you as you explore yourself fully, learn to be vulnerable, heal your trauma, and develop more fulfilling and meaningful relationships.
