As a certified Marriage and Family Therapist, I have over 12 years of experience in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, sex addictions, spirituality, life transitions, and relational problems. I am passionate about helping individuals, families, and relationships of any kind more wholly connects with themselves and others. I approach mental health in a systemic, collaborative, strengths-based therapeutic way to help clients acknowledge the various unique contexts which impact their lives. This allows them to connect with their strengths and learn new ways to live in wholeness. My empathy and warmth help create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process and heal. I utilize various therapeutic approaches. I believe that clients have the answers, and together, we will find a deeper awareness of who they are, who they want to become, and how to propel them onto a path of healing, growth, and actualization. Wilt thou be made whole?
