About Sarah Abraham

Hello, I'm Sarah! I hope you can be proud of yourself for having the courage to seek out support today. Asking for help is not always easy, especially when life presents us with new challenges, or the same challenges on repeat. Perhaps you are contemplating a job or career change, starting or struggling to start a family, or dealing with a major loss in your life? Many things can interfere with creating a life we feel good about - mood changes (depression, anxiety, agitation, rage), health issues, losses, relationship conflicts or even the stress of something "good" that completely turns your life upside down. Let us take the journey together to evaluate what you would like to change in your life, find acceptance of where you are, find peace and navigate to where you want to be. I am here to be a guide in exploring your strengths and barriers to wellness. My role will be to help you find the tools to practice self-compassion, radical acceptance and gain momentum to create a life you feel good about, even if you aren't quite sure what that looks like yet. My intentions as a therapist are all about caring, connecting and creating in collaboration with my clients. Start with a caring and listening ear and learning to improve or start caring for yourself in the midst of your struggles. We will focus on connecting or re-connecting with resources within yourself, family and the community for support and growth. Ultimately we will work on creating a plan for your life that helps you feel healthy and balanced, followed by taking action to make it a reality.
