About Ruth Viehoff

Hello, I'm Dr. Ruth Viehoff. I'm a licensed psychologist offering online therapy for patients in Indiana and Massachusetts. I specialize in helping millennial and gen Z clients build a life that they love. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, imposter syndrome, burnout, perfectionism, and people pleasing tendencies to build confidence and increase their ability to advocate for themselves and live a life that is aligned with their values. I believe therapy can be a tremendously helpful and healing force to examine old beliefs and behaviors and reshape how you want to show up in the world. I'm happy to talk about how we may be a good fit together, and can be reached by phone, email, or via my website. I look forward to hearing from you!
